Note (25OCT2021): WARNING! The Chinese economy is imploding, or is it? No one knows, not even President Xi.
If it is, what’s a dictator to do? Wag the dog? How? Invade Taiwan? How would these United States respond? No one knows, especially our demented, corrupt President or, even worse, his hollow-headed Vice-President. What if simultaneously, Russia invades Ukraine?
After President Reagan, Americans elected a series of inept presidents. Having done so reflects a flawed system. It can be repaired — scientifically. Will it? Do most Americans know how or even care to know how?
“Re-elect Trump!” you say? Tucker Carlson may be right. The end of America. Fix the system! Its members reflect its flaws.
-End-
Recently on Tucker Carlson Tonight after another in his series of guests had described another in the series of problems besetting this fragmenting, declining nation on fire, Mr. Carlson exclaimed, “The end of America!” Is it? To more than half the legal population, it seems so.
“God watches out for little children, fools, drunks, and the United States of America.” -Otto von Bismark (1815-1898)
Is God no longer protecting us from ourselves? If so, how did it happen? Who’s to blame?
It happened because patriotic Americans allowed it to happen. They have themselves to blame.
The controlling variable in their behavioral deficit was satiation. In a context of satiation, behavior comes under the control of adventitious events such as abstract ideologies divorced from reality. Sound familiar? Men can become pregnant.
After the end of World War Two, this nation essentially was the last man standing economically. Until 1980, it remained the largest creditor-nation. Until 1971, the U.S. dollar was king. In relatively short order after the war, however, the population had become satiated.
Today, no longer is this nation the king. Now, we have become the largest debtor-nation. Compared to 1913 with the unfortunate establishment of the Federal Reserve Bank, the dollar is worth four cents. Like Britain before us, we are becoming an empty shell of that which once we were. Like Britain, we are committing national suicide. Nothing new.
“An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.” -Arnold Toynbee (1889-1975)
In our mad dash towards total self-destruction, China is aiding and abetting the miscreants now pulling the strings on our demented, corrupt puppet-President. China may be godless and soulless, but it has a strong system based upon a fairly coherent, comprehensive set of principles albeit political not theological.
Conversely, we Americans, too, are becoming godless and soulless but with no such set of principles to bond us; quite the opposite. As described in the novel, Retribution Fever, Braesse’s Paradox tells us that any system, be it animate or inanimate, not governed by a comprehensive set of unified principles disintegrates.
Given Mr. Carlson’s seemingly valid exclamation, can we save the nation from disintegration? If so, how?
Not by complaining. Complaints abound. Tune in Mr. Carlson. Solutions hide.
No, any solution requires a comprehensive change in the system and not via evolving slowly. The change must be revolutionary and swift.
“An error lurking in the roots of a system of thought does not become truth simply by being evolved.” -John Frederick Peifer (c.1960)
What will be the model for such change? The Scientific Method applied to the U.S. Constitution employing the principles of Biobehavioral Science. What? Change the Constitution? Why not? Given Mr. Carlson’s exclamation, it has failed us of late; thereby, demanding revision. After all, men created the document not God.
“Some men look at constitutions with sanctimonious reverence and deem them like the ark of the covenant, too sacred to be touched.”-Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826)
“Change? Fine but Biobehavioral Science?” you ask. “Never heard of it.”
Few Americans have. Yet, it is employed covertly to control your life every day via advertising, social media, video-games, gambling casinos, etc.
Conversely, the Chinese are employing it overtly and successfully with 1.4-billion people. They are winning. Despite their problems and in terms of their particular goals often hostile to these United States and American sensibilities. President Xi seems to be doing the right things to impose a comprehensive, unified system.
We Americans can employ Behavioral Science, too, but to resist tyranny not impose it. Yet, given traditional American ideals and values, we have allowed an increasing tyrannical government to usurp control without benefits only liabilities. We are losing.
So, what to do? Act don’t just reäct. Don’t fight just against something. Fight for something.
What something? The resurrection of the vision of our Founding Fathers with traditional American ideals and values. Individualism not collectivism. Liberty not serfdom. Capitalism not socialism. The vision of Americanism not the nightmare of Fascism. Resurrection Fever offers a detailed blueprint for how to succeed scientifically not pseudo-scientifically.
Masculine courage will be a requirement. So, men, find your “stones” as Mr. Carlson puts it. Women, stand by your men as Tammy Wynette warbled.
“Life free or die!” The cry of freedom.
