Note (10JUN2024): Should the malevolent Judge Merchan declare a mistrial as a consequence of a rogue-posting on social media, doing so would not constitute a victory for Team Trump. On the contrary, it would constitute a defeat. Another kangaroo-court? Another 6-8 week replay of the previous, tragic farce — tragic for the nation? Another prolonged period of keeping The Donald off the campaigning trail?
History has documented that the first area would-be tyrants usurp is Medicine. Adolf Hitler, for example. Physicians individually hold too much power when assembled as a group. Would-be tyrants must control them; ClintonCare, for example (See Healthcare Reform D.O.A, 1994*). Tragically, in this country assembling physicians as a group is like herding cats. The AMA and most professional groups are worthless if not worse. Consequence? Government under LBJ began to usurp control of Medicine — later together with profiteers in corporate medicine. Under the dim-witted Georgie W.; then the America-hating Obama; then his demented puppet, Biden, the cancer of governmental tyranny has spread to all areas of human activity.

A vote for Biden is a vote for tyranny. Imagine the nation with an empty-headed, horse-laughing Negress-lawyer from The Left as President and her Jewish lawyer from The Left as “the First Gentleman”. Symbolic of the rot infesting our Republic! These are the facts. Denying them is denying reality. Societies that deny reality doom themselves to a dismal destiny.

The most recent stab in the back from within the remnants of our borders came in the form of the “show-trial” in New York City of ex-President Donald Trump. The Biden/Obama cabal orchestrated the evil farce with a top official from the Department of Justice as Conductor. Now, the world awaits the sentencing. Prison? Home-confinement? Probation? Only the politically corrupt judge knows. Another step towards national suicide.
rings on the corrupt, demented Joe Biden feels affrighted by the prospect of “The Donald” again seeking the presidency. Having previously refused to prosecute “The Donald” for charges rebuffed by federal prosecutors and by District-Attorney Bragg himself, shortly after “The Donald” announces his candidacy, Bragg files those same charges. A corrupt court chooses a corrupt, Colombian-born, avowed Democrat, Juan Merchan, to preside in biased New York County. Consequence? An evil farce. Now, they postpone sentencing for more than a month hoping that the Trumpian supporters will lose some of their fervor.
In the election of 2020, the DNC and its lawyers had filed more than one hundred lawsuits involving the then-forthcoming election. Together with some rigging of the voting such as mail-in ballots and “ballot-harvesting”, Biden beat Trump by a slim margin. Having refined their strategy over the years, the DNC has pursued “The Donald” through legal attacks in Congress and the Court. Given the latest attack, the goal is to have kept the now-convicted felon from campaigning effectively in 2024. Couple that tactic with another rigged election, and what do you have? President Kamala Harris.

Tyranny comes in several forms, most prominently economic and political. Beginning with the tyrannical reign of FDR, our politicians in the District of Corruption have been tightening the noose around our collective necks. Ironically, the public loved FDR. Recall that the Germanic public loved the homicidal tyrant, Adolf Hitler, right to the end of his mismanaged war.
Economically, the tightening accelerated after “9/11” in the name of national security although ninety percent of the cases pursued were unrelated to national security but related to income-tax. One example was repression of foreign banking accounts. In a shameless display of extraterritoriality, the government demanded detailed reports from foreign banks about all American customers even though many such banks had no presence in these United States. The threat against them was our government illegitimately blocking the transfer of funds in U.S. dollars from and to those banks via the Society for Interbank Financial Telecommunication (“SWIFT”) surreptitiously controlled by these United States. Poof! Foreign banks, even U.S. banks with branches abroad, closed the accounts of “U.S. persons”. Dollars came home to be under the supervision of the American bureaucracy. Having no foreign accounts themselves, most Americans took no notice. They should have. Loss of liberty for one portends loss of liberty for all.

Then, with the onset of a plague (CoViD-19) came a tightening of the political noose. It was a puny plague by historical standards, nevertheless, sufficient to act as a catalyst for the most egregious power-grab in our peacetime history; for example, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi operationally usurped almost total power in that chamber for herself, sidelining all other Representatives, thereby, depriving their constituents of representation.
Meanwhile, deprivation of citizens’ individual liberties explicitly protected in the U.S. Constitution became rampant via political decrees arbitrary, capricious, and whimsical. The claim was protection of “the vulnerable”.
Who are “the vulnerable”? The enfeebled old, the chronically ill, and the constitutionally weak. In their name, governments at all levels have been forfeiting the financial futures of the young, the healthy, and the strong. It would be as though the Captain of the ill-fated Titanic had placed the old into lifeboats and left the children to drown.
Now comes total corruption of the judicial system. In government, whom can you trust? Trust no one! Trump? No one!
The fundamental problem lies with the system. Example? A corrupt, senile career-politician and a self-aggrandizing, bombastic grifter campaign against one another for the presidency. The system is fatally flawed and must be repaired. How? As described by this commentator in the novel, Retribution Fever, by a comprehensive revision of the original Constitution and Bill of Rights using the guidelines of the Scientific Method; namely, specificity, objectivity, and accountability.

So, what to do? Rebellion by whatever means necessary?

Be such a rebellion successful, then? A return to plodding the same Path to Perdition that has led this fragmenting, declining nation on fire to the bank of the River Styx and towards a netherworld from which great nations rarely return? No! By a scientific resurrection of the vision of our Founding Fathers. Yes!
Let us be bold. Let us be brave. Let us not allow the evil scum to grind us down.
