Note (15APR2024): Israel & the Monroe Doctrine
“The great rule of conduct for us, in regard to foreign nations, is, in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connexion as possible.”
-George Washington Farewell Address (17 September 1796)
Despite President Washington’s advice, a contrary pronouncement by President Monroe became American policy until abandoned by Barack Hussein Obama. Even were it still in effect, it would not apply to the Israeli-Iranian War. What to do?
There is a scientific solution as follows:
In matters of international diplomacy and foreign affairs, we shall return to the principles and guidelines laid down by the Federalist Framers of the original Constitution drafted at the Convention of 1787. The principles and guidelines are readily available for anyone to read in their original form in the Federalist Papers and later in Washington’s Farewell Address of 1796.
Accordingly, these United States will recognize diplomatically the de facto existence of any nation with which we are not constitutionally at war. Currently, we are at war with none. In addition, we shall withdraw our military forces from all installations outside the Western Hemisphere within one year, including withdrawal from NATO . . . the so-called North Atlantic Treaty Organization that now includes nations bordering on Russia far from the North Atlantic Ocean. If any nation wishes our military to remain or to establish new installations, we shall review that request with regard to our own national interests. If we decide that specific installations are in our interest, that nation will pay us for our helping it to defend itself. It will pay all direct costs plus fifteen percent for administrative overhead.
No longer will Americans pay to defend others while those others divert money from their own military defenses to commercial offenses against us, their defenders. If others want American military protection, they must pay for it.
[Optional Note for Readers: Military treaties are made with ease and fanfare but defended with difficulty and bloodshed. Often, consequences prove different from intent. Consider Europe in 1939. Germany under the warmongering Chancellor Adolf Hitler and his Nazis . . .

Note (08APR2024): Lose A Battle . . .
Lose a major battle. Lose a major war. Lose a nation. History is replete with such stories.
These United States seem to be the latest in the series. The sad story began with the haberdasher-turned-President, Harry Truman; electing not to win the Korean Conflict. That failure to win was the first such occasion since the War of 1812. It was followed by Viet Nam, Iraq, then Afghanistan. Today, the senile, corrupt Joe Biden is allying with our enemies in the Middle East spearheaded by Iran to dictate military strategy to Israel along the same guidelines of fighting not to win.
Yes, fight not to win. Be more concerned with your fanatical, mortal enemies than you are with your own troops. Sacrifice your young and productive in order to save your aged and parasitic. Worry most about the opinion of the “international community” that hates you for who you are. Placate members of your kinship of treacherous, political saboteurs among your supposedly foremost ally. Let your suicidal motto be, “The enemy of my enemy is my enemy.”
Israel should be learning a dangerous lesson. Biden’s threat to withhold American armaments upon which Israel is dependent in order to provide succor to those who cheered the slaughter of Israeli civilians, labelling them falsely as “innocent civilians”, says it all.
“It may be dangerous to be America’s enemy, but to be America’s friend is fatal.” -Henry Kissinger (b. 1923), Secretary of State (1973-1977)
Israel is but the most recent example of American betrayal. The most glaring example remains Obama’s killing the Monroe Doctrine. Still, what can one expect from a nation devolving into a maternalistic matriarchy?

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” -Margaret Mead (1901-1978)
The Monroe Doctrine
In 1823, President James Monroe (1758-1831) had announced to Congress a new doctrine pertaining to the Americas. In 1850, his doctrine became known as the “Monroe Doctrine”. It became a cornerstone of American foreign policy thereafter until 2013 when the anti-American, anti-White Barack Hussein Obama II, a Mohammedan reared Negro, pronounced it “dead”. The Monroe Doctrine had declared off-limits military adventurism of any kind in the New World by foreign powers of the Old.
With its later disavowal by Obama, Latin America had become fertile ground for the establishment of military presences by European and Asiatic enemies of this nation. Obama’s disavowal represented the opposite of the position that we believe this nation should have been taking — namely, strengthening American commitment to the Monroe Doctrine that had served the nation so well over so many decades. -from the novel, Retribution Fever
“It’s alive! It’s alive!” gasped a shocked actor, Colin Clive, in the 1931-movie, Frankenstein. He had resurrected a corpse to life and, thereby, created a monster.
If Dr. Frankenstein felt shocked by the resurrection of his monster, how should we Americans feel about the resurrection of our monster, China? Should we Americans be shocked that China is now the number two power in the world and may become the number one, especially should the Biden/Obama cabal foolhardily be re-elected? This nation has done everything that it could to resurrect China from the moribund. We have taken a moribund “Middle Kingdom” and given it new life. Short-term gain for the American profiteers; long-term loss for the Free World. Greed! One of the seven deadly sins. Behavior has its consequences.
“Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” -Galatians VI:7
One of the long-term losses suffered by these United States is in the New World as China progressively establishes control in that which once was the American backyard. The Epoch Times just featured a lengthy report about that topic (“China Behind Latin American Super Highway Into US.” 27MAR2024, p.A8.) A glaring omission was a discussion of the Obama’s killing of the Monroe Doctrine.
As described in detail in Retribution Fever, this nation now cries out for a new beginning before a dismal destiny befalls it. That new beginning can begin with the resurrection of the Monroe Doctrine. What is its history?
History
In these United States, in successive elections there had been hundreds of thousands — nay, millions — of new Latino voters legal and illegal. How many voted in order to follow the original Constitution as written? How many voted in order to embrace traditional American ideals and values reflecting English law and custom? How many venerated the Founding Fathers?
Conversely, how many [legal and illegal] cursed the continuing legacy of President Polk while waving their Mexican flags and voting in their Mexican elections as well as in our American? James Knox Polk (1795-1849) had been one of the most successful, yet, least known former-Presidents (1845-1849). During his campaign for the presidency, he promised to serve only a single term. He also promised to annex Texas, which had declared independence from Mexico in 1836. Uncharacteristic of most politicians, President Polk meant that which he said and said that which he meant. He fulfilled both promises.
Once President, he had offered Texans statehood. They accepted. Mexicans objected. Then, he annexed the rest of the Southwest and California by provoking the Mexican-American War of 1846-1847 with a dubious claim that the Mexican Army had crossed the Rio Grande River, killing some American soldiers. A young Congressman named Abraham Lincoln challenged President Polk to show him the spot where the incident had occurred; thereby, earning Lincoln the nickname, “Spotty”.
Under General Zachary Taylor (1784-1850), later to become President (1849-1850), the American military campaign had been so successful that American forces occupied Mexico City but later withdrew although amid talk of annexing Mexico entirely. These United States, however, retained California, Nevada, Utah as well as parts of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. President Polk, thereby, increased American landmass by one-third and decreased Mexican by one-half.
How many Latino voters cursed the legacy of President Polk’s concept of Manifest Destiny? Had most not been ignorant of it, how many would have opposed enforcement of the Monroe Doctrine and applauded it officially being disavowed?
In 1823, President James Monroe (1758-1831) had announced to Congress a new doctrine pertaining to the Americas. In 1850, his doctrine became known as the “Monroe Doctrine”. It became a cornerstone of American foreign policy thereafter until 2013 when President Barack Hussein Obama II pronounced it “dead”.
Essentially, the Monroe Doctrine had declared off-limits military adventurism of any kind in the New World by foreign powers of the Old. Initially opposed by many European powers of the time, the British viewed it to their advantage, sponsoring and supporting it while the Royal Navy defended it.
With its disavowal by Obama, Latin America became fertile ground for the establishment of military presences by European and Asiatic enemies of this nation. Obama’s disavowal represented the opposite of the position that we, the members of the TMG [Military Command], believe this nation should have been taking — namely, strengthening American commitment to the Monroe Doctrine that had served the nation so well over so many decades.
Science says, “The time to break a chain of undesirable behaviors is at the beginning.”
We Americans failed to do so. In fact, we succeeded in doing the opposite.
Meanwhile, European nations had been engaging in political battles over the biological and sociological fates of their own respective nations. The proponents of illegal, unarmed invasions labelled their opponents, if not xenophobes, Nazis. Their opponents labelled them traitors to their own nation, culture, and biology.
In the end, Mother Nature cares not one whit about ideologies, labels, or politics. She cares about consequences — biological survival and differential reproduction. -excerpt from Retribution Fever
Final Remarks
As the name denotes, Biobehavioral Science is a true Science. It is a true Science that incorporates within it the Science of Human Behavior.
We Americans can continue to relegate our present and future to power-seeking behaviors politically based and politically driven and to idiosyncratic behaviors ideologically based and ideologically driven — neither with scientific foundation nor framework. The inescapable consequence will be our ruin, if not our extinction.
Alternatively, we can control, to some substantial extent, our present and our future via behaviors — both individual and societal — scientifically based and scientifically driven in a context of real liberty characterized by moderation, prudence, and charity. The choice remains ours until it no longer does. Scientific solutions not whining complaints can save us from destroying ourselves; otherwise, we shall find ourselves on the ash-heap of history by our own doing. A people that refuses to defend its territory and resources dooms itself to a dismal destiny.
On 07SEP1977, for example, the moralistic moron, President Jimmy Carter, signed the Torrijos-Carter Treaty setting in motion the procedure of transferring control of the canal to Panama for a nominal fee of $1. If we were hell-bent to give the Canal to the Panamanians, might we not have bombed it back into the state that we found it — a mosquito-ridden, malaria-infested jungle? Today, it is controlled by guess who? The Chinese! It is a critical part of their so-called Belt and Road Initiative to dominate the world. So goes the incompetence that passes for American foreign policy.
“An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.” -Arnold Toynbee (1889-1975)
We Americans are committing suicide. It need not be so. The Chinese are employing Biobehavioral Science to their advantage. As described in Retribution Fever, we can employ it to ours. As a patriot, you can help to make it so. As Margaret Mead opined, a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
