Electro-Magnetic Pulses arise from a variety of sources from lightning to nuclear. The latter can cause widespread destruction of the electrical grid with long-lasting “blackouts” over wide, geographical areas possibly nationwide.
Should a nationwide “blackout” occur, few electronic devices, unless properly shielded, will remain operative. No aircraft, automobiles, communicative devices, trains, trucks, etc. The destruction will hurl the nation backwards into the 19th-century. Within several months, 80% of the population will be dead from thirst, hunger, disease, or violence.
The Sheriff’s primary concern? Having sufficient ammunition to maintain some semblance of law and order while the catastrophe unfolds.
A nuclear EMP results from the detonation of a nuclear device at high altitude. Most likely, a nuclear-armed Iran would be the perpetrator while denying any involvement. When a group of nuclear-armed fanatics threaten to annihilate you, believe it! Under a Biden/Obama Administration with a military led by the preferred racial minority, the American response is unpredictable.

With a presidential election looming, what is top among the American electorate’s primary concerns? Survival? Not even listed. Abortion!
Meanwhile, it is unlikely that a primary concern of the eleven million illegal aliens invading our shores under Biden/Obama is the welfare of the nation. More likely, many of them wish to destroy it.
Too late for patriotic, American citizens to regain control? Not necessarily, providing we comprehensively change our ways economically, politically, and sociologically — and change them now. How? Let us chant a requiem for our fragmenting, dying nation on fire. Who is killing it? We are. How? By devolving a democratic republic into a republican democracy. Democracy. The word was an obscenity to our Founding Fathers; yet, today among newscasters, it commonly refers to these United States.

In April 1994, this commentator published the non-fictional Healthcare Reform D.O.A. (out-of-print). The book traced the history of American medical delivery (no, not the governmentally-coined euphemism, “healthcare”). It described Biobehavioral Science. Why? Seeking and rendering medical care are behaviors subject to the same laws and principles as any other behavior. It presented an alternative to ClintonCare then predicted to become law, an alternative based upon the Scientific Method. It also exposed the lies that Clinton spewed upon the American public.
In 1995, unsolicited the academic arm of the American insurance-industry nominated the book for two, national awards. Physicians (no, not the governmentally-coined euphemism, “providers”) showed no interest although ironically the model would provide the blueprint for them to regain control of medicine, thereby, benefitting their patients and themselves. Consequence? The deteriorating, Soviet-style medicine of today in which Dr. Nurse pretends to be Dr. Doctor. So, who controls medicine? Politicians, bureaucrats, and profiteers.
In 1996 during the political campaign for presidency, did the hypocritical, feckless Republicans use against Clinton the materials presented to them on a silver platter? No! The prior election of the lying, cheating, philandering Clinton already had doomed the destiny for this once-glorious nation; for example, allowing the rogue-Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (“North Korea”) to renege on its promise not to develop nuclear weapons.
In 2009, this commentator published the hybrid-novel, Inescapable Consequences. Using the fiction of a novel wrapped around the non-fiction of History and Science, the book described Biobehavioral Science in greater detail than had its predecessor. Again, it presented the model for medical delivery. Again, physicians showed no interest. Consequence? ObamaCare. Even before the recent plague, Medicare/Medicaid and ObamaCare already had bankrupted the country.
Moreover, the book presented a new, scientifically-based, scientifically-driven model for describing and understanding behavior. Psychiatrists showed no interest. Consequence? Psychiatry has devolved from the Queen of Medicine into the Corpse of Medicine. Psychiatrists now are mere writers of prescriptions, many claiming to be “psycho-pharmacologists” even though practically none has a special background in Pharmacology let alone a degree.
Even more importantly, the book addressed weaknesses in the Constitution and offered the means to repair those weaknesses, means adhering to the three guidelines of the Scientific Method; namely, specificity, objectivity, and accountability, all anathemas to power-hungry politicians and self-serving bureaucrats.

objectivity n.: Referring to events that are observable and measurable either directly or indirectly; and
accountability n.: Observing and measuring events in a way that is verifiable and can be made public.
Few Americans showed any interest in the book, many preferring the oral flatulence of the fraudulent Barack Hussein Obama. Obama with his love of Marxism and Mohammedanism and hatred of Euro-Caucasians (“Whites”), Israel, capitalism, and these United States. Being a Negro himself,* Obama promised to unite the nation. Instead, he cracked it wide open.
*During the 1960s, a Negro from Barbados named Keith Baird (1923-2017) then residing in these United States of America began a campaign to erase the word “Negro” from applying to Negroes; thereby, substituting abstract sociological ideology for operational biological reality. He proposed the term, “African-American”, as a replacement, ignoring the fact that Caucasoid Americans originally from South Africa also would be “African-American” and that Arabs from North Africa are Caucasians.
Donald Trump offered a brief but tempestuous respite from the progressive tyranny imposed by the Washingtonian establishment. The establishment retaliated using legal warfare to paralyze his presidency then to undermine his re-election. Admittedly, Trump suffers from a basic personal weakness, his narcissism. As it is said, he will die wrapped in his own arms.
In 2018 prior to the plague of CoVid-19, this commentator published another hybrid-novel, Retribution Fever. Again, the book uses the fiction of a novel this time, however, to present the non-fiction of fundamental repair of the four cornerstones of any society; namely, government, law, education, and medical delivery. It predicted three Furies; namely, plague, economic collapse, and international terrorism. Sound familiar?
The book offers a detailed blueprint for repair political, economic, and societal. True American patriots (as opposed to “globalists”) can resurrect the vision of our Founding Fathers. Thus far, few have noticed although the few who have rated the book (all but one unknown to this author) have bestowed upon it five stars.
In November, voters for the presidency will have a choice between a demented Democrat who can’t read a book and a narcissistic Republican who won’t read a book. Consequence? This nation will suffer a sure and certain demise of its any remaining foreign hegemony with Biden and any remaining domestic tranquility with Trump. The problem lies not just with The Who but with The What and The How. The system is fundamentally flawed. Those flaws have paved the current path to the River Styx and pushed us into its black waters towards a netherworld from which few great nations return. Survival demands comprehensive re-structuring incorporating the Scientific Method as detailed in Retribution Fever.
Comprehensive repair of the four cornerstones of American society, however, remains unlikely. Politicians’ vague generalizations and empty promises only will hasten our demise. Ask, As a nation who are we? What are we? Where are we? For a different perspective, ask not your friends or yourself, ask your enemies. Ask President Xi of China. You will hear words that you likely will not want to hear. We are a nation in “terminal decline”.

After our coming collapse, patriotic Americans will ask questions. Who is to blame? What treasons did they commit? How did they manage to succeed in destroying a great nation?
Patriotic Americans will seek salvation. They will not find it in a savior alone. They will find it only in a system led by a savior as described in Retribution Fever.
