The Reagan Administration declared the first day honoring Negroes. The Biden Administration declared the second. What are the costs to taxpayers?
Honoring people usually is based upon their achievements. What have been the achievements of Negroes in these United States or anywhere else in the world? As for so-called reparations, during the era of slavery in the South, Negroes in slavery actually enjoyed a higher standard of living than laborers in the North.
Witness the cities now dominated by Negroes. How have they fared? Atlanta? Baltimore? Chicago? Detroit? Philadelphia? Etc.
